At Forward Focus Leadership, our Focus Forums are peer-based cohorts designed to help leaders grow through connection, shared learning, and intentional support. These annual memberships provide consistent structure, expert facilitation, and space for real conversations that drive action.

What We Offer

Focus Forums are 12-month cohort experiences that include:

Monthly half-day group sessions
Each member receives one 1:1 coaching session per month
Small groups of 6–10 peers
Facilitation using a structured issue processing model
A confidential, supportive space to reflect, reset, and move forward

Small Business Owner Forums For entrepreneurs and small business leaders ready to lead more intentionally, solve in-the-moment challenges, and stay grounded through peer support.
Senior Leader Forums For Directors, VPs, and senior-level professionals seeking strategic clarity, peer collaboration, and space to grow as people leaders.
