I’m David, a certified executive coach, leadership development specialist, and the founder of Forward Focus Leadership LLC.
I help individuals and teams unlock their full potential and become more effective leaders through customized coaching, training, and facilitation. My approach is rooted in real-world experience and tailored to meet each client’s unique goals. Whether we’re focusing on delegation and empowerment, time and productivity management, leading through transition, strategic thinking and decision-making, or building leadership presence, my goal is always the same: to help people grow with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
Before launching Forward Focus Leadership, I spent over 20 years as an operations leader in the manufacturing industry. I led transformational efforts across safety, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, talent development, and capital procurement—driving measurable outcomes and long-term impact. As a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, I’ve helped organizations streamline processes, solve complex challenges, and accelerate growth by applying proven methodologies and fostering strong, values-driven cultures.
Beyond my coaching and consulting work, I’m proud to serve on advisory committees and boards of directors in the Central Ohio area, supporting organizations in defining their vision, setting strategic goals, and driving sustainable success.
I’m also the co-founder and co-owner of a full-service restaurant where we employ over 20 amazing team members. We’ve built a workplace culture centered on growth, positivity, and deep respect for our people.
